EBONY WAY TOMATO KNIFE

Déglon’s tomato knife features the half-moon serration created by Jean Déglon in the 30’s.

Thanks to this serration profile, this knife can be used to make thin and precise tomato slices.
The knife is versatile and may also be used to cut citrus fruit, baguettes, etc.
