Bread knife equipped with a rigid 19 cm blade with a sharp half-moon serration for a neat cut of any kind of bread.
Darkwood is a knife collection with a sleek and elegant design that reintroduces the mythical knives developed by Jean Déglon in the 1920’s.
The polished pressed wood handle gives the knife a great resistance to shocks, gaps in temperature and humidity.
The stainless steel blade is assembled with 2 aluminium tubular rivets.
The blade thickness has been adapted to the specific use of each tool, in order to ensure perfect maneuverability.
