The 20 cm Darkwood slicer is used to slice vegetables, chop meat, parsley, crush tomatoes, etc. A versatile knife.
Darkwood is a knife collection with a sleek and elegant design that reintroduces the mythical knives developed by Jean Déglon in the 1920’s.
The polished pressed wood handle gives the knife a great resistance to shocks, gaps in temperature and humidity.
The stainless steel blade is assembled with 2 aluminium tubular rivets.
The blade thickness has been adapted to the specific use of each tool, in order to ensure perfect maneuverability.
