The melon baller, also called parisienne scoop or melon-ball scooper, is used to create small spheres or balls of vegetables or fruit.
Thanks to its half-spherical blade with a bevel sharpened on the entire circumference, it can precisely and easily cut the flesh of fruit/vegetables.

Available in several diameters: from 10 to 28 mm.
