MELON BALLER PP – FLUTED OVAL

The melon baller, also called parisienne scoop or melon-ball scooper, is used to create small spheres or balls of vegetables or fruit.
Here, the shape has been restyled into a scalloped oval shape, to vary your fruit cuttings.
Thanks to its half-spherical blade with a bevel sharpened on the entire circumference, it can precisely and easily cut the flesh of fruit/vegetables.
